1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of tvtoro is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. tvtoro strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or close any Account where we have reason to believe the holder is under 21.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your location before placing any bet.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons of unsound mind or under any legal disability are not permitted to open an Account.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all such Accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Not a tvtoro Employee: Current employees, directors, officers, agents, or contractors of tvtoro and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold an active betting Account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order imposed by tvtoro or any third-party responsible-gaming body.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the Services you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and complete. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tvtoro will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify tvtoro customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before withdrawals are processed, tvtoro requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit clear copies of:

• Your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), valid passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• A selfie photograph holding the above document next to your face.
• Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, or government document dated within the past three months) if requested.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the process is satisfactorily concluded.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tvtoro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Available channels are subject to change. Please refer to the Cashier section of your Account for the current list of supported payment methods at the time of your transaction.

4.2 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction (or as stated in the Cashier section).
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your Account within 2–10 minutes of confirmed receipt. Delays may occur during periods of high traffic or bank maintenance windows.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tvtoro does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the Member's responsibility and cost.
• Deposit Limits: tvtoro may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for responsible-gaming reasons or as required by our risk-management procedures.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction (or as stated in the Cashier section).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction for verified Accounts; lower limits apply to unverified Accounts pending KYC completion.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15–60 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00). Off-peak requests may take up to 24 hours.
• Payment Method Matching: tvtoro reserves the right to return withdrawal funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as a security and anti-money-laundering measure.
• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be released until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. tvtoro reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 from the Account balance. Members will be notified by email prior to fees being applied. If the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tvtoro offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Credit must be wagered through eligible games at the stated Wagering Requirement multiplier before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus Credit of Rp 100.000 with a 20x Wagering Requirement means you must wager a cumulative total of Rp 2.000.000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each Member may claim a specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.
• tvtoro reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if a Member attempts to withdraw funds before meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Certain games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute 10%. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

tvtoro actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any Member found to be abusing bonus offers will have their Bonus Credit and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on tvtoro are final and binding once confirmed on screen. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet — including selection, stake amount, and market type — before confirming. tvtoro is not liable for bets placed in error by the Member.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds and prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In the case of a manifest error in odds (for example, odds materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of bet placement), tvtoro reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. A manifest error is defined as a price that a reasonable person would recognize as obviously incorrect.

6.3 Asian Handicap and Local Bet Types

Asian Handicap (voor bola — the Indonesian term for Asian handicap football betting) and mix parlay accumulator bets are governed by the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Key points include:

• Asian Handicap bets with quarter-goal lines split the stake equally between two adjacent whole/half-goal handicaps.
• Mix parlay bets require all individual selections to win (or be settled as a win after handicap adjustment) for the combined bet to pay out. Any voided selection within a parlay reduces the number of active legs; if all legs are voided, the stake is returned.
• Abandoned or postponed matches: if a match is abandoned before completion of 90 minutes of play (or the defined completion period for the market), bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the result at the time of abandonment is already unconditional.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on tvtoro use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel. tvtoro does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Live casino games are operated under separate rules provided by the live game supplier (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live) and are additionally governed by the applicable supplier's terms of play.

6.5 Togel and Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery game) and other lottery products on tvtoro are governed by the draw schedules and prize structures published in the Lottery section of the Platform. Draw results are final. Prizes are credited to the Member's Account balance within 30 minutes of draw completion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tvtoro. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, bypass security measures, or scrape data from the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug must be returned.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions without first contacting tvtoro customer support to resolve the issue.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tvtoro staff or other Members through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tvtoro Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, databases, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of tvtoro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any tvtoro content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the tvtoro name, logo, or branding in any manner without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of tvtoro's intellectual property will be pursued vigorously under applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data

tvtoro collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• tvtoro employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores data on secure, access-controlled servers.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

tvtoro provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or temporary interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tvtoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits from missed bets due to technical downtime, data loss, or unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability

tvtoro's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party payment providers, game suppliers, and data feeds. tvtoro is not liable for failures, errors, or delays attributable to third-party service providers that are beyond our reasonable control.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 By tvtoro

tvtoro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a fraud, money-laundering, or regulatory risk.
• The Member is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• An active self-exclusion request is in force for the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to breach by the Member, tvtoro reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

11.2 By the Member

You may close your Account at any time by contacting tvtoro customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance. tvtoro will process account-closure requests within 5 business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

tvtoro is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a suite of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum allowable losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to place bets or receive marketing communications.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to a formal self-exclusion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which tvtoro holds its international gaming licence. For Indonesian residents, these terms operate alongside any applicable local consumer protection provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Section 15 below) shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived by contract.

14. Amendments

tvtoro reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
